
HR Operations Assistant

You will report to the HR Director, and on a daily basis, you will support the digital transformation in HR in close collaboration with the HR System & Digital Consultant.
As HR Operations Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in the intersection of people, systems, and data. You will play a key role in ensuring the standard and quality of our organizational data and contribute to data excellence across our HR functions.
Primary tasks
Systems & Data Management
- Act as superuser of key HR systems, with a focus on GDPR and business needs
- Ensure high data quality of employee records
- Develop and document workflows, governance procedures, and user guides
Onboarding & HR Support
- Handle the technical onboarding of new employees
- Plan and coordinate programs
- Roll out and follow up on e-learning campaign initiatives
- Train and support HR colleagues globally in use of shared HR systems
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Prepare reports and statistics for decision-making
- Work on automating HR processes
Personal profile
We imagine that you:
- hold a degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration
- have experience with HR operations and systems – or are a recent graduate with relevant interest
- have a strong attention to detail and a positive approach to problem-solving
- thrive with both routine and complex tasks and take the lead in your own projects
- communicate fluently in Danish and English, and are proficient in the MS Office suite (especially in Excel) and the Office 365 platform
- can handle confidential data with care and professionalism
