IT Consultant, Services & Support
Would you like to help ensure stable and innovative IT solutions across our European production sites?
As an IT Consultant, you’ll become part of our global IT Service & Support Team and play a key role as a liaison between users, the business, and IT. The position combines day-to-day IT support with technical consulting, implementing new solutions, and participating in projects across our European production sites.
About the position
You are a dedicated and technically skilled IT Consultant who can translate business needs into effective and well-functioning IT solutions. You will also play a key role in providing professional IT support and ensuring a high-quality user experience in both production and office environments.
Your primary focus will be our factories in Sweden (Helsingborg), Denmark, Germany, Poland, Spain, and Lithuania. Together with your colleagues, you’ll participate in a rotation program where you’ll serve as the local IT contact and technical specialist at our production sites.
You’ll have a broad network of contacts within the organization and work closely with users, from production staff to colleagues in the offices. That’s why we’re looking for someone who thrives on dialogue and collaboration, can work independently, and is able to build strong relationships across the organization.
The position is based in Gråsten and involves travel to our other European locations.
Primary tasks
You will serve as an IT technical advisor for the organization, and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Support, troubleshooting, and consulting regarding IT systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Implementation and rollout of new IT solutions, technologies, and workstations
- Supporting business-critical applications, production-related systems, and IT services
- Participating in IT projects, standardizing solutions, and documenting processes
- Collaborating with colleagues and vendors to translate business needs into stable and well-functioning IT solutions
Personal profile
We envision that you have experience in a role such as IT Support Specialist, IT Administrator, IT Consultant, or similar, where you have worked extensively with the operation, support, and implementation of IT solutions.
You have developed a broad technical understanding and thrive on translating business needs into stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT solutions.
We’d like you to have experience with:
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows clients, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Networking, infrastructure, and general operations of IT environments
- IT support, troubleshooting, and user administration
- Documentation, standardization, and implementation of IT solutions
- Support for business-critical systems in production and operational environments where high availability and quality are essential
- Collaboration with users, vendors, and colleagues across the organization
We also expect you to:
- Have a relevant education, such as a degree in computer technology, IT support, or equivalent
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of German is a plus
- Be willing to travel to our European locations for an average of approximately 50% of your working hours
- Be willing to participate in a formalized 24/7 on-call schedule
- Thrive on working closely with the business and building strong relationships with users
- Work independently, take responsibility, and see your tasks through to completion
